Die Bundesnetzagentur (BNetzA) hat am 27. August 2025 die Ausschreibung für Biomasseanlagen eröffnet. Grundlage sind die alten Regeln des EEG 2023, weil das Biomassepaket 2025 noch nicht von der EU-Kommission genehmigt wurde. Das Problem: Erst mit der beihilferechtlichen Genehmigung durch Brüssel können die neuen Vorgaben angewandt werden.

But a look at the official data from the German Federal Cartel Office shows that none of these start-ups are in the top 5 SRL marketers.
